Our Venue
Noir (or noire) is the French word for black, and Venue Noir is our latest venue and event space overlooking Lamoka Lake. Step into a world of rustic charm and modern elegance at our exclusive barn venue. The venue includes the barn, the house, and the property. The property has 2 acres of Marquette grapevines, providing a stunning backdrop for your wedding/event any month of the year. The house is a spacious 11 Acre Lakeview Cottage.

Wedding Package
The rental pricing for weddings is as follows:
Weekend
Friday: $4,300
Saturday: $5,600
Sunday: $3,500
Weekdays
Monday through Thursday: $1,700
Package includes:
- Use of two floors of the barn, front outdoor porch, vineyard, 5 acres, and the house on the property.
- 10 60″ round tables.
- 6 30″ cocktail tables.
- White padded chairs that can accommodate 110 guests.
- Air conditioning and fans.
- Parking for up to 40 cars.
- Two separate portable toilet units and a wash station; there is no indoor plumbing at the venue.
- The home on the property has 2.5 full baths and a full kitchen.
- Handicap accessible front and side doors.
- Catering space is available just outside the barn for storage and preparation.

Bridal and party suites are available in the home just 100′ from the venue.
Other:
- Linens and tableware can be leased for an additional charge.
- Multiple tent sizes are available for an additional charge.
