- 16×16 pergola with west-facing sunsets and 180 white foldable chairs for lawn ceremony.
- 3 fire pit areas along the waterfront, along with patio and cocktail tables.
- Exterior lighting package to include uplights on trees and building.
- 4 modern patio heaters on the premises.
OTHER
- Three suites are on the premises for an additional charge.
- The upper deck is not included in the private event package. Must reserve rooms to access.
- 40×100 tent can be leased at an additional charge; several other sizes are available.
- Linens and tableware can be leased for an additional charge.
- 2 pontoon boats to accommodate sunset cruises for up to 10 people can be leased for an additional charge.
