The Space:
Private drive keeps traffic to a minimum. Less than 10 miles from the famous Finger Lakes Wine Trails and Watkins Glen International.

Guest access:
Access to entire property. There is a shared driveway between several houses including the property. Lake access is a 2 minute walk from the patio.

Kayaks and boat rentals available.

Other things to note:
Pets are welcome! There will be $200 cleaning fee for a stay with your pet.

Please note that this residential neighborhood has a 10 mph posted speed limit for the protection of many vacationing families with small children who must walk or bike to the shoreline from their inland properties.

Amenities are included, to ease the start of your stay, but the guests are responsible once it runs out. (Toilet paper, soap, etc).

Quiet Hours commence at 10PM.

Memorial Day to Labor Day: Weekly reservations only. Checking in on Saturday, and checking out on Saturday.

Labor Day to Memorial Day: Daily reservations available.
